This rainforest represents the largest biodiversity of plants and animals on the earth.  40% of the Amazon rainforest will be lost in one generation if we continue to neglect this resource.

FROGS

Tree frogs are the most likely creature you will see in a rainforest. The humid air of the rainforest allows frogs to live in the trees.

Spider monkeys are considered a little above gorillas in intelligence. They have no thumbs because thumbs would get in the way as they ride from branch to branch in the canopy.

Three-toed sloths live in the canopy layer of rainforests in South America. Females usually give birth to one cub after being pregnant for 6 months.
